If you receive an "Activation Failed" popup as pictured below when loading an aircraft, there is likely an issue with Aerosoft One's utilities connecting to Microsoft Flight Simulator. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.
Reinstall Aerosoft One Utilities and the Aircraft
- Restart your PC and then launch Aerosoft One.
- Go to Library > Dependencies > Installed and uninstall the Aerosoft One MSFS Utilities.
- Go to Library > Microsoft Flight Simulator > Installed Add-ons and uninstall the aircraft which is generating this message.
- Go to Library > Microsoft Flight Simulator > Available Add-ons and re-install the aircraft previously uninstalled. This will additionally automatically re-install the Aerosoft One MSFS Utilities.
- A shortcut/folder for the product and the aerosoft-one-msfs-utilities folder should now exist in your <MSFS Packages>\Community folder. Launch Microsoft Flight Simulator and check to see if the issue has been resolved.
