How does the dependency system work?

Aerosoft One manages the dependencies of the products and divides them into different categories:

Missing dependencies: Are required by your installed add-ons, but are missing from your system. Add-ons might not work properly.

Optional dependencies: Are not absolutely required by your add-ons. May possibly extend your add-ons.

Installed dependencies: Are used by your installed add-ons. If you uninstall them, add-ons may no longer work properly.

Dependencies are automatically downloaded when you install an add-on, if they are required for the add-on. If it is an optional dependency, you can specify whether this dependency should be downloaded when installing the add-on.

Important note: It is important to note that you should only manage (especially) dependencies that you have installed via Aerosoft One. If you remove or modify them outside of Aerosoft One, you will encounter problems related to this dependency in Aerosoft One.
