I have not received the CL-415 after pre-ordering. How do I access this aircraft?
The CL-415 is added to accounts in batches daily by Microsoft. If you do not see it immediately after purchase, check back the following day, and you should see it within the content manager. Note that this aircraft is not automatically downloaded, and you may not see a notification for it within the main menu, so you will need to check the content manager to see if it's available for download. Wait at least 3 days from the purchase date before contacting us if the aircraft is still missing from your content manager.
Does the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 - Limited Collector's Edition contain a Microsoft Store or Steam game code?
A Microsoft Store code is provided. No Steam keys are included with this version.

Does the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 - Limited Collector's Edition contain DVDs?
No DVDs are included with the collector's edition. A digital game code is provided which can be used to download the simulator via the Microsoft Store.
