If you have purchased a used game or add-on from a third-party site, the serial number has may have already been registered by the previous owner. When a serial key has been registered, future activations may require the previous owners' information, such as their e-mail and password. Please refer to the person who resold you the product for assistance. Aerosoft is unable to assist with this.
