Recovering Aerosoft product purchases from closed stores

If you have previously purchased an Aerosoft product from a shop that no longer exists, it is still possible to receive updates using our update database providing you have the serial key. Most shops send the serial key directly to your email after purchase, so we'd recommend checking the email you purchased the product with to find this. Once found, register on our update database.

Registering to receive updates

  1. Create an account on our update database
  2. Select the product you wish to receive updates for from the dropdown
  3. Enter your serial key

Registering on our update database is only required if the shop you purchased the product from no longer sells Aerosoft products or where the store itself has closed.

If you cannot find your license key, create a support ticket with the receipt, order confirmation, or payment confirmation from the original order for further assistance.
