All serial keys are tested before being sold, and as such have an extremely low rate of failure. Should you run into an invalid or incorrect serial key, follow the steps below.
Copy the Serial key
We recommend copying and pasting the key to avoid any incorrect characters. Ensure that commonly mistaken characters or numbers such as 0s or Os are correct.
Remove blank spaces
If you copy and pasted the serial key, you may have copied an invisible space before or after the code.
Check email capitalization
The casing is important when entering your email in an installer. Your email must match the email we have on record for you, including the same capitalization. name@mail.com is not the same as Name@mail.com.
